Tenant FAQ

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, but is not considered late until after the 5th. Rent that is not paid (or mailed and postmarked) by the 5th will be subject to late fees according to your lease agreement.

Our staff will attempt to contact you on or around January 1st of each new year to let you know if a renewal is being offered. It is the tenant's responsibility to return this signed lease agreement no later than February 1st.

Trash disposal is included in your monthly rent. Dumpsters are available in the common area in front of 509 Chris Drive, and at the end of Tony Street for your convenience. All trash deposited in dumpsters must be placed inside a standard size trash bag. No large items, furniture, or loose trash may be placed in the dumpsters.

Lawn service, including mowing and trimming, is included in your monthly rent. HPM contracts with Show-Me Mowing to ensure that lawns are kept neat and tidy at all times. Mowing is done as needed, generally every 1.5 to 2 weeks during the summer months.
